We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our shipping options are designed to get you riding as fast as possible while keeping costs fair.

We’re quick! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Best for when you need your gear fast
  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Great for budget-conscious riders

Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries! We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Securely pack your return with:

  • All original tags and packaging
  • The original packing slip (if available)
  • Any free gifts received with the order

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • For defective/wrong items: We’ll email you a prepaid return label
  • For other returns:
    • US Customers: Use the label we provide ($7.50 deducted from refund)
    • International: Ship via tracked mail to:

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Men’s Wetsuits (unless defective)
  • Opened Skateboard Grip Tape
  • Used Boardshorts
  • Customized Decks

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your CARVER, GLOBE, or other gear arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We’ll send a prepaid return label immediately
  • Receive priority processing for replacement/refund
