  • Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Step 2: Package Your Items

Securely pack your return with:

  • All original tags and packaging
  • The original packing slip (if available)
  • Any free gifts received with the order

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • For defective/wrong items: We’ll email you a prepaid return label
  • For other returns:
    • US Customers: Use the label we provide ($7.50 deducted from refund)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Men’s Wetsuits (unless defective)

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your CARVER, GLOBE, or other gear arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • We’ll send a prepaid return label immediately
  • Receive priority processing for replacement/refund
