  • Condition: Unused with original tags/packaging
  • Non-Returnable: Wetsuits & hygiene-sensitive items (see details below)

How to Return Your Gear

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package Your Items

Securely pack your return with:

  • All original tags and packaging
  • The original packing slip (if available)
  • Any free gifts received with the order

Step 3: Ship It Back

We’ll email you a prepaid return label for defective/wrong items. For other returns:

  • US Customers: Use the label we provide ($7.50 deducted from refund)
  • International: Ship via tracked mail to:

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: 5-7 business days to process
  • Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns

Exchange Process

Want a different size or product? Just note this in your return request. We’ll:

  1. Process your return as above
  2. Ship your new item once return is received
  3. Cover standard shipping for exchanges (you pay any price difference)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Men’s Wetsuits (unless defective)
  • Opened Skateboard Grip Tape
  • Used Boardshorts
  • Customized Decks

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your CARVER, GLOBE, or other gear arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label immediately
  3. Receive priority processing for replacement/refund

Consider ordering a size up in our surf-inspired apparel – many riders find our cuts run slightly slim for maximum mobility. When in doubt, our crew can advise!
