Absolutely! All our completes arrive assembled and ready to carve. Decks come with protective film to keep them pristine until you’re ready to ride.

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries (excluding some remote islands and conflict zones). Our system will notify you during checkout if we can’t deliver to your location.

How long does order processing take?

What’s your return policy?
  • 15-Day return window from delivery date
  • Free returns for continental US (pre-paid label)
  • International returns: customer pays return shipping
  • Boards must be unused with protective film intact
What if my board arrives damaged?
All surfskates ship with our “No Worries” guarantee. Email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Bank processing times vary (typically 5-10 additional days).

Do you offer local pickup?
Not currently – but California orders often arrive 2-3 days early thanks to our local carrier connections!
